About Delivery and Installation

In most cases your spa will be delivered to your curbside via common carrier.  There may be some cases in which a truck line may not have access to your area.  In that case other arrangements would need to be made.  We can assist with these unique situations

Installation is very simple and in most cases relatively easy.  Some preparation is necessary.  You will need a level continuous surface on which to place the spa.  This could be a concrete pad, wood deck, cinder block pad, brick, etc.  Wood decks should be designed to support 90-100 lbs per square foot as the spas weigh 400-600 lbs each.

Be sure there is plenty of access to the location of the spa.  Check gate openings, heights and widths to make sure the model you are interested in will clear those openings.

A licensed electrician will need to run the power to your spa.  In most cases you will need a 50 amp service with 6 gauge cable.  No GFCI is needed as we supply that with the spa.
