WARRANTY

Many different types of warranties are offered in the sp industry today.  Some are prorated, some are for longer periods than the manufactures has been in business, and some come with many limitations and exclusions.

Our doesn't fall into any of the above categories.  We provide you a very straight forward "Peace of Mind" coverage.  It is full coverage on all components and for a nominal cost you can even increase the length of the coverage.  Warranty coverage is as follows:

STRUCTURAL - 10 YEARS

As long as the spa is placed on an acceptable surface (see installation) the spa is fully covered against any structural cracking resulting in any leaking for a full 10 year

SURFACE 7 YEARS

The interior surface of the spa is warranted against blistering, cracking or delaminating for a full 7 years from the date of delivery. (repair or replacement)

COMPONENTS 3 YEARS

The equipment system (pumps, controls, heater, etc) is covered for a full 3 years from date of purchase.  Parts and labor will be supplied by one of our over 3,000 service centers across the country.  Depending on your geographic circumstances we may ask you to help trouble shoot the problem in order to quickly fix a problem.  Our main concern is being sure your spa is hot and ready to enjoy when you are ready!  you many purchase 2 year additional.  Equipment warranty - "see options"

PLUMBING - 5 YEARS

Spa fittings.  Factory installed internal plumbing lines, internal five joints and houses are covered against leaking for 5 years from original date of purchase.

The spa cabinet is warranted against any defects in materials or workmanship at the time of delivery to the original purchaser.
