IMPORTANCE OF DESIGN AND ENGINEERING

All Niagara Spas are produced using lucite Microban Acrylic surface material bonded back with co-extruded ABS plastic sheet.  Once the vessel is vacuum formed into its luxurious spas shape additional structure is created by adding a fiberglass and resin backing.  This is a much more costly method of production however the result is a much stronger product with a much longer product life.  It also adds an additional moisture barrier further eliminating the chance for any leaks.  This is why we provide you with a non prorated 10 year structure and 7 year surface warranty.   The cabinet structure is pressure treated 2"x4" kiln dried timber while the spa base is finished off with a solid sheet of ABS plastic.  The results in a total sealed cabinet structure.  No moisture comes into contact with any of the structural framing system.

Finally, the very important footwall of each Niagara Spa is full supported by a series of cross members eliminating any flex in the floor.  Many spas don't incorporate that support which can lead to early stress problem in the vessels' walls and corner areas.
